Welfare Officer Training:
Please note applicants will be required to hold or be prepared to have or achieve the following. FA DBS Check fewer than three years old. Before appointment the Club Welfare Officer must also complete the ‘Safeguarding for Committee Members’ course.
Hashtag United Youth will cover all required course fees and DBS checks.
Requirements
● Act as head of department for the club’s welfare officers
● Oversee manager/coach DBS requirements and qualifications
● Set CWO and mental health strategy for the club
● Escalate outstanding DBS/qualification checks overdue by 3 months to to the relevant committee members
● Arrange necessary first aid courses for members
● Act as key point for any child protection issues
● Update the club house notice board on a regular basis
● Investigate and respond to complaints relating to welfare
● Update welfare policies and procedures
● Help club personnel to recognise that safeguarding is everyone’s
● Attend League AGM and any other subsequent meetings

Youth Secretary
Requirements
- Ensure managers are aware of all fixtures
- Collect annual registration fee from members with the assistance of team managers
- Ensure no player represents the club unless agreed registration fees have been paid
- Ensure no members play league games without league registration
- Collect fines from managers for any league fines
- Advise Football Committee of special payment requests or poor debtors
- Deal with cancelled fixtures or any other League issue
- Provide database of club members to Club Secretary/Finance

Sponsorship Manager
Requirements
● Produce current sponsors list for follow up
● Ensure each local sponsor is contacted regularly and thanked with a letter
● Provide each sponsor with a photograph of team if requested and season tickets for our senior home games
● Work with the Head of Commercial to review all opportunities to receive funding or grants
● Work with the senior committee in exploring opportunities
